Nadiya Hotel

The size of the rooms differ, based on availability of the rooms I guess? usually ordered single standard, got very small room, which is okay, sometimes got big room with a double bed which was really nice. Rooms were clean, regurarly cleaned. The hotel is really big, sometimes gets really busy as it serves as a business trips hotel I gues... with conferences and stuff.

Lovely Hotel close to the Old Town. There are supermarkets, ATMs, the Drama Theatre and many bars and cafes nearby. They also sell their own natural cosmetics and local produce. Within walking distance from the Main Railway Station. The staff are excellent and very kind. Obviously due to the war I had some nights disturbed by air raid alerts, but there is an intercom in each room so you don't sleep through it, and the staff are very kind and take you to a safe place. Felt very safe there.

Everything was great, starting with breakfasts and ending with the staff. clean rooms, good Ukrainian cuisine. everything worked in the room, when the lights went out they turned on the generator. I recommend visiting the hotel, even just for their unique products.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was large, comfortable and quiet. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. There is an excellent restaurant and bar with a nice terrace. A small grocery store is located on the premises, which is very convenient. You are immediately close to the old town. English is spoken everywhere in the hotel.

The staff were able to upgrade my suite and I'm grateful for the gesture. Despite the difficulties in Ukraine with electricity supply, I could enjoy a warm, clean, and comfy accommodation with solid internet connection.
